Childbirth Education Classes
My name is Elizabeth Schwartz. I am very passionate about
helping mothers have healthier pregnancies, and preparing
them for the birth of their children. I am a trained Childbirth
Educator with ICEA (International Childbirth Education
Association). My classes focus on good nutrition in
pregnancy, preparing for birth, and options for the birth of
your child. My goal is to help women know what choices they
have so that the birth of their children is smoother, and the
transition into parenthood is easier. I also educate on
breastfeeding and am available for support and counseling
after the birth of your child. You can participate in group
classes or I can schedule individual classes to help fit into
your schedule.
